Lavandins are quite striking in terms of size, fragrance, and color. Although rarely used for culinary purposes, they are frequently used as cut flowers and in sachets and potpourris. 'Phenomenal' tolerates the extremes of both cold and heat without dying back, is resistant to common root and foliar diseases, and grows superbly in production and landscapes. It is similar in appearance to 'Provence' lavender. 2-3'H x 2-3'W.
